It is with great pleasure that we open this page intended to follow the manufacturing of the B. Richard 2-axle grain wagon. ​
To begin this follow-up, we present to you the first drawings from the 3D study of this wagon.
As with our first wagon, the Standard type refrigerant from Stef and Marcel Millet, many details, often unpublished on other manufactures, are present on this model made of injected plastic and metal.
This shows that plastic manufacturing can also show “high-end” manufacturing quality.
For us, it is not the material that counts but the quality and fidelity of production!
Model overviews. Please note that some details may not be final
After observation and verification of the drawings, we can say that:
- The general and particular shapes of the hopper are well respected as well as that of the lower hoppers.
- The vertical reinforcements of the lower sheets respect the particular shape of these profiles which are not straight but have a V shape like those at the ends.
- The horizontal body stiffeners are well distributed over the height of the sheet metal.
- The chassis is faithful to that of the model's origins until its reformation for certain units. A new chassis for this type of model at 1/43 scale.
- Many details, some of which have not been seen on other productions, are present and finely reproduced.

Currently in China, it is the New Year and all activities are at a standstill.
Work will resume at the end of their vacation.
Next step; correction of the drawings then creation of the molds.

Manufacturing continues and we have no new elements to show you.
So to keep you waiting, here are new images of the 3D study of this wagon.
Most of the subscribers have kept their commitments to the conditions of the subscription and we thank them again for that.
There are still a few people who have subscribed but still not kept their commitments to be able to take advantage of the attractive prices that we have offered to thank you for your support. After a new and final contact to remind them of their promise,
If we do not have a response we will cancel the advantageous rates offered since they no longer validate the conditions of this subscription and will be able to acquire the models but at the price in effect at the time of their request.
